Wiltine Tarasen Wiltine Tarasen has more than 20 years experience in Administration, Accounting and, Financial Analysis & Reporting. Prior to joining Redhills Ventures she was the Financial Controller for SummerlinGate, LLC, the corporation that managed the renovation and sale of the 408 unit Park1 condominium conversion project of which Redhills Ventures was an owner/investor. From 1989-2003 Tarasen was Assistant Controller for Catalina Marketing Corporation, a leader in behavior-based marketing solutions based in St. Petersburg, Fl. were she was managed accounting and finance, and was a member of the due diligence team for the Company's IPO in 1992. She was also responsible for all of Catalina's Corporate Real Estate which included 25 domestic sales and operations offices, and was Project Manager for the 2003 Corporate Headquarters relocation from California to Florida, and the 2000 build-to-suit of the new Corporate Headquarters. Tarasen worked for Cendant Consumer Finance Corporation as a Financial Analyst in Las Vegas prior to joining SummerlinGate & Redhills. Wiltine has a Bachelor Degree in English from UCLA and an MBA from Pepperdine University. |
