SummerlinGate, LLC, owns 100% of Park1Condos, a 408-unit multifamily residential complex located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Park1 is adjacent to Boca Park, a premier retail and dining destination, considered one of the most desirable and prestigious communities in Las Vegas. In December 2004, Corus Bank, a subsidiary of Corus Bankshares, Inc. (NASDAQ:CORS), approved a bank loan of $39.5 million to finance the acquisition and conversion to condominiums of "Park1 at SummerlinGate," formerly known as "Verano at Peccole Ranch."
